Challenge

In a leading role within Esplendor Group, I helped Hospitality Digital (Metro’s digital “daughter”) to conceptualize and build DISH, their digital platform to help restaurants go online.

The platform is available as a native- and web-app and has a variety of own applications within it’s ecosystem. Because of the complexity, there was a heavy focus on User Stories, Guided Flows, System Architecture and a flexible design system before executing the actual design.

DISH Platform

DISH is a an ecosystem of restaurant tailored tools including Staff Management, Margin Optimisation, Web Presence, Reservation Management and many more. It helps employers and their employees to use digital tools with very little knowledge and enables them to utilize the opportunities of digitalization in the hospitality sector.
